- Filatov S. P.-an elderly teacher in a city school. Teaching children is his life’s work, but sometimes it seems to him that he has lived his 67 years in vain. He is respected as a senior, but rarely listened to. Sometimes they don’t even notice it. He is like a ghost to those who work with him or come to get knowledge from him. He could have retired a long time ago, but how can you spend the rest of your days with dignity on a modest pension? And there will simply be no one to work at the school.
